Why Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems?

Industrial reverse osmosis systems are the industry standard when it comes to purifying water from water sources such as lakes, rivers and wells. An RO system uses high pressure pumps that force water against the surface of a semipermeable membrane which allows passage of only water molecules. Reverse osmosis is an extremely selective membrane process that allows only very small molecules (<20 Daltons) to pass through to the permeate product side of the membrane. RO membranes are also highly efficient in impurity removal, rejecting up to 99.8% of dissolved ions and solids within a feed water source. These reverse osmosis membrane elements are safely stored inside of pressure vessels securely fastened to a frame with all plumbing and connections pre-plumbed at our manufacturing facility.

Aqua Clear’s commercial reverse osmosis systems have many options available. Customizing your system can include chemical pretreatment (antiscalants, coagulants, dechlorination), cleaning skids, remote monitoring and more. Our industrial reverse osmosis systems are designed to handle between 20,000 and 1,000,000 gallons per day, with feed water total dissolved solids ranging from 500 ppm to 15,000 ppm. Built with efficiency in mind, Aqua Clear’s industrial reverse osmosis systems utilize the latest science in RO technology to efficiently remove hardness, odors, color, nitrates, sulfur and virtually any other constituent.
