Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems

Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems

Water Treatment Specialists Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems

Our Industrial (ROS) Reverse Osmosis Systems are designed for durability and high efficiency. Our systems are designed for plug and play for most standard industrial needs. Each industrial RO system is combined with a bag filter housing for prefiltration providing protection of the RO booster pump and membranes. Options for a water softener with brine tank, multi-media filters, UV sterilizer, or antiscalant chemical dosing system are available. Water Treatment Specialists industrial reverse osmosis systems are designed to purify water by removing salts and impurities. Other uses of our systems include removal of bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes, and other constituents. Contact a Water Treatment Specialists sales engineer for more information.

Why Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems?

Industrial reverse osmosis systems are the go to choice when it comes to purifying water from water sources such as lakes, rivers and wells with 99% rejection of most constituents . These industrial RO systems use high pressure pumps that force water against the surface of a semipermeable membrane containing small pores. These reverse osmosis membrane elements are safely stored inside of pressure vessels securely fastened to the RO frame with all plumbing and connections pre-plumbed in our manufacturing facility. Water molecules pass thru the membrane rejecting impurities from passing through. The membrane surface is very effective at rejecting bacteria and disease-causing pathogens up to 99%. The result is clean, purified water, this is known as permeate or as the product water. The rejected salts, minerals, and other organics are known as concentrate or as the waste water.

Custom Designs

Water Treatment Specialists commercial reverse osmosis systems have many options available. Customizing your system can include chemical dosing, cleaning skids, antiscalant, remote monitoring and more. Our industrial reverse osmosis systems are designed to handle between 20,000 and 1,000,000 GPD, with feed water TDS of 500 ppm to 15,000 ppm. Built with efficiency in mind, Water Treatment Specialists industrial reverse osmosis systems utilize the latest science in RO technology to easily remove hardness, odors, color, nitrates, sulfur and many other constituents. With efficiency in mind Water Treatment Specialists designs industrial reverse osmosis systems with only the most high efficient pumps. We only use quality membranes from manufacturers such as Dow Filmtec and Hydranautics as well as high quality components that make up all of our reverse osmosis equipment.
